Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
 We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, please reach out to us at info@blinkdoodles.com with your order number, the product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

  • No Exchanges: Currently, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

  • Return Address: Returns must be sent to our designated return facility. The return address will be provided upon approval of your return request.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-Related Returns: For returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Seller-Related Issues: If the return is due to our error (e.g.defective, damaged, or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

Refund Process
 Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: For customer-related returns, original shipping fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund. We do not charge any restocking or transaction fees. For seller-related issues, a full refund will be issued.

Order Cancellation

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you may request a cancellation by contacting info@blinkdoodles.com.

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
